Highway 40 to Hanley Road North
Turn left on Bonhomme Ave.
Turn left on Bemiston Ave.
Take an immediate right into the alley.
Take another immediate right into the parking lot.
Please use parking spots that face west.
Walk towards the back of the building and take the outside stairwell down to the gym enterance. (see pic on the 'Contact Us' page)
